SUGGESTED ACCOMMODATION

We have reserved a limited number of hotel rooms at the Henley Park Hotel, 926 Massachusetts Avenue, NW Washington DC for the period Saturday 31 October 2009 through to Thursday 5 November 2009. The conference rates are per room per night not including the 14.5% District of Columbia sales tax and are as follows: 

USD $169.00 - Single/Double room  
USD $219.00 - Junior Suite

The Henley Park Hotel does not guarantee specific room type ability. Requests will be accommodated to the best of the Hotel's ability. Please note that the hotel only has rooms with ONE queen or king bed.

These rates are a reduction of approximately $200 off the room rates. Early hotel registration is strongly recommended during this busy tourist season in Washington, DC. The block of rooms will only be held at these rates until 15 September, 2009, after which rooms will be quoted at best available rate, subject to availability.
